We sat down with Jindrich Kubat, Head of Development & COE at Komerční Banka (KB), to talk about how how they implement feature flags and Flagsmith.
We discussed the way that they're replacing the bank's legacy infrastructure, moving to microservices, and adopting modern development practices (like feature flagging). A: My official role is Head of Training, COE (center of expertise) at Komerční Banka.
