What are these Disney Earth Free Planning Printables and how do they work?- Disney Planet Planner
Well basically, these files that I have made up will help you keep your trip organized! You print them out and fill them up! Once you print them out, you can keep them in a folder or hole-punch them and put them in a binder. Just pull them out whenever you are ready to undertake a bit of planning!
Each vacation is different, so you might not need every file that I have. Just print out the ones that best suit your needs.

Why you should design your Disney World Vacation
Did you know that lots (and lots) of people visit Walt Disney World every year without doing any planning at all?
And while that may sound like a relaxing way to travel, it doesn’t work for Disney vacations, and here’s why:
Not planning ahead means standing in long lines for rides and struggling to find places to eat.
And that doesn’t sound like much entertaining at all.
It is important to understand that even with planning, you will not be proficient to see and do everything at Disney World in one trip. You wouldn’t be qualified to see and do it all in 10 trips.
Instead, the goal should be to include fun and make memories. And it is a lot easier to do that when you

Disney World Binder
First things first – are you a paper or digital kind of person?
Most people are a mixture of both when it comes to something big like vacation planning. In all likelihood you’ll fall into this category, too.
Let’s start with setting up a system for paper:
Step 1: Get organized
To get started, you’ll need a binder and at least 8 tabs.
The 8 tabs are labeled:
- General Info
- Hotel
- Dining
- Magic Kingdom
- Epcot
- Hollywood Studios
- Animal Kingdom
- Everything Else
