You don’t actually know how much I’ve played this, let alone what I know, and instead impose double-standards to, presumptiously, protect your ignorance.

If I go to Heroesprofile and look up your blizzard ID, I get ~ 600 games on two different servers. If I look up my blizz ID, I get over 4000 games played. Since your forum account was just made, you’d probably be posting an alt to have played more than 4000 games, but then you’d have to assume that I don’t have multiple accounts, so the assertion is useless and indicates one of the double-standards.

People have map hacks, snipe streams, troll known forum account users, write scripts, run macros, have bots, and so on. So it’s not unheard of for ‘known’ players to play on an unknown account for different modes or servers. Once the 'multiple accounts" card is dropped, then number of games, assumptions of mmr, and whatever else is uselessly moot.
