Just time for Fall, a.k.a. the official season of football and beer, WOB Bar & Kitchen, the original purveyor of the craft beer experience, announced its new beer-centric menu. Launching October 3rd, 2023, WOB Bar & Kitchen will introduce several new items to its food menu, each infused with one of WOB’s draft beers and perfectly twin to enhance the flavor exposure.

WOB Bar & Kitchen’s Drop menu will feature the tracking new items:

Crispy Chicken Sliders: Pale wheat beer-brined chicken breast, crispy fried and served with dill pickles and WOB’s local IPA sauce.
PB&J Wings: Blackberry balsamic glaze infused with wheat beer and drizzled with Thai peanut sauce.
Peach Habanero Hefeweizen Wings: Sweet and spicy glaze, infused with Schneider Weiss Original Hefeweizen.
Stout Braised Concise Ribs: Tender braised short ribs with Guinness mushroom gravy, served atop cheddar grits and finished with crispy fried onions.

Accompanying the beer-centric menu, WOB Bar & Kitchen has also added the new Festbier to its exclusive line of Secret Llama Beers for the Fall. Brewed in Germany, in collaboration with Flensburger Brauerei

Sweet and tangy chili sauce with a subtle kick—bold flavor with the perfect balance of heat and sweet. Available tossed on traditional bone-in wings or boneless bites.

Fresh and juicy Angus beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, grilled Mongolian pineapple and fire-roasted red peppers, then drizzled with sriracha aioli and finished with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.

gf burger and cucumber salad. wasn’t sure if the dressing was gf for my cucumber salad side but they knew how to check and it ended up being fine! basic bun but good to recognize it’s safe

Not celiac safe!!!! They use the equal fryer for all foods and do not clean surfaces. Also I ordered a salad gf, they brought me the non gf option. I picked off the gluten part but it was already cross contaminated, I do not have celiac however I was still feeling the impact a few days later
