World of warcraft disconnecting

Constant disconnects every ~45 min, can't play hardcore (pls help)

Hello, I’m not gonna lie down, I’m losing my mind with this one. I am gigantic classic hardcore enjoyer and I just can’t play it due to constant disconnects. Thing happens randomly, once I get disconnected after 30 min, another period after 1h or 2h. What I tried so far:

  • unchecking all network options in-game (optimizing speed, IPv6)
  • capping fps for background and foreground to 60 (in-game option)
  • clearing game folders (Cache, Interface, WTF)
  • DNS flush
  • selective startup of applications
  • disabled Discord overlay
  • stopped alt+tabbing
  • massively reduced amount of addons
  • contacted internet provider, but they said there are no connection problems at all
  • port-forwarded wow ports

I am losing my mind, since I really want to engage the hardcore, but it’s nearly impossible. If anyone has ANY even the stupidest sounding thought - please let me recognize, I am ready to aim anything.

Seeing as you already did just about everything to bar teh problem being on your side (save possibly driver updates… believe it or not many years I once had similar issues and a new GFX driver solved the

Continuous disconnects

Hey,
I’m facing same issue, and frequent WoW Crashes. Yesterday sent a ticket. How should I say, Blizzard doesn’t give a fook about it. If you look this Technical support page, you will see that there are a bunch of people with the same problem.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Update Graphics Drivers and Windows:
Make sure your graphics drivers and operating system are fully up-to-date. Updated drivers often include optimizations that develop game performance. For more facts, see our guide here: Updating Graphics Drivers.

  2. Verify Game Files:
If using the Blizzard Battle.net launcher, you can verify the morality of your game files by selecting the game, clicking the “Options” menu, and choosing “Scan and Repair.” This process can resolve issues caused by rotten or missing game files.

  3. Disable Background Applications:
Close any unnecessary background applications that might interfere with the performance of the Battle.net App or the game itself. Learn how to manage background applications here: Managing Background Applications.

  4. Run as Administrator:
Ensure the game has the required permissions by right-clicking the Battle.net App sho

Battle.net and World of Warcraft keeps disconnecting multiple times daily

Hey. I’m having some carried on issues with the Battle.net app and World of Warcraft (probably any online game, havnt played others). When playing I sometimes get booted out of both, disconnecting me from the game and not being able to load anything on the Battlenet app. I recieve the word “Oops something went wrong sorry we’re having some trouble right now. Please try again”. Then after a couple of minutes it loads again, and I can login to the game.

Obviously this is quite a interest when doing group content in the game as Ive been kicked from battlegrounds, instances etc. for being offline due to this.

I have contacted support in-game (multiple times) and done everything they said. Update drivers, authenticate files, run as admin etc. etc. and nothing has worked. Is there anyone who own had similar issues and start a fix? It’s driving me crazy by now not knowing when it will throw me out.

Random Disconnects from WOW & Battle.net

    #0 - Sept. 9, 2008, 4:55 p.m.

I know this isn't a Warcraft III Forum, but I'm wondering if there is a coorelation between the two. While playing World of Warcraft I will get a random disconnect for no reason. I still have internet as I can pull up my web browser, and my active internet diva on my task bar is still showing connection.

While Playing the game I will watch my self moving and everything else stops, and then 10 seconds later. BAM! disconnected, and troubles reconnecting occur and when I do reconnect, the equal problem will happen, and its really random when it does. but frequents about onces every 30 min I would tell. Now the reason I added battle.net in there is because Its still blizzard related issue. I will be playing Warcraft III and be in a game, and get disconnected from the game, but not from battle.net, or I will receive disconnected from the server entirely. and this happens in any game I get into, custom or ladder.

If I can get a reply to this I would be greatly appreciative.

    Regular disconnects: WOW51900319

For the last few days I have been getting regularly disconnected with the error WOW51900319. Normally I can reconnect straightaway.

Sometimes I get it very regularly - like every 30-60 seconds for five minutes. Other times I can play for 45-60 minutes without issue.

I have tried: turning off addons, uninstalling addon loader, removing cache/wtf folders, scan+repair via bnet launcher, reinstalling game, checking all drivers are up to date, basically everything I can think of.

I have not put a ticket in yet because in my experiences responses are normally not helpful and will be “check the forums” or in this case likely “check w/ your ISP”. But I played for years without issue until this last week.

I just wondered if anyone else had any suggestions before I give up entirely? TIA!

EDIT: For anyone that finds this in the future. A few days after my post, when I logged in to play, there was a game update and that seemed to initially fixed the issue. I was able to play for a few days without any disconnects. BUT after the weekly maintenance today, the game now lags so much its basically unplayable (although it doesnt disconnect at least)
