Style

This is our unique version of an ancient style. A approach as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries of Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 miles or so of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentoid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird.

IPA has loads of “C” Hops balanced on a bed of fine English Crystal, Caramel & Munich Malts. Designed to pair well with food and cute much everything else!

Beverage Specs

ABV

6.2%

Beer math on ABV is pretty straightforward. The higher the ABV, the more alcohol in the beer. See, no rocket science necessary.

IBU

51

Generally speaking, a high IBU beer will have a more resentful taste than a lower IBU beer.

OG

1.05

The OG measures solids in the wort before fermentation to consistently arrive at the similar alcohol content of a beer. Pretty neat, huh?

What fresh freak of nature is this?! Hazy flavors without the haze? West Coast hopping without mega bitterness? Quite the hostile kaiju towering before you. Double dry-hopped with a fruity blast of Citra & Mosaic, yet finishes super smooth. This beast is truly the best of both worlds…Release the hound!

I’m not all that sure what the big deal is about haze versus clarity, but hey, the name got my interest. So that worked for Lagunitas. Thing is, though, mine was not all that clear. It was pretty darned tasty, though.

Lagunitas Beast of Both Worlds Bi-Coastal IPA has an alcohol content of 8% by volume with 48 IBUs. I got a can for $2.99 from Half Time, and Total Wine sells it for $11.99 a 6-pack in cans here in Georgia. My can is stamped 022124. It also says i
