Method to determine ranking system:
- A minimum of four (4) scores to count
- A score is defined as 200 targets shot at any of the registered Compak trials
- Trials must be shot over both days (Saturday and Sunday). 200 Targets are not allowed to be shot on a solo day
- The average of the shooters top four (4) scores will determine his trial score
- A trial score is determined as a percentage of the elevated gun for the day determined over 200 targets
- A MQS (Minimum Qualifying Score) system is applicable in the selection of a National Team to represent South Africa in the African Championship National Trial. The MQS for the different categories shown below:
- Men - 92%
- Seniors - 86%
- Veterans - 80%
- Masters - 80%
- Ladies - 80%
- Juniors - 88%
